XiamenAir (厦门航空)
XiamenAir is a full-service airline headquartered in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Established in 1984, the carrier operates an extensive domestic and international network from its primary hubs at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and, to a lesser extent, Beijing Daxing International Airport, Fuzhou Changle International Airport and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. The airline is majority owned by China Southern Airlines and is a member of the SkyTeam alliance.
XiamenAir operates scheduled passenger and cargo services throughout
mainland China and to destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, the
Middle East, and Oceania. The carrier has developed a strong reputation for
operational reliability and has maintained a modern fleet consisting
primarily of Boeing aircraft. International destinations include major
cities such as Amsterdam, Paris, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Sydney, Melbourne,
Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, and Jakarta.
The airline uses the IATA code MF and has expanded steadily through direct
services and codeshare partnerships with SkyTeam member airlines and other
international carriers. XiamenAir provides both Economy Class and Business
Class cabins across its domestic and international operations.
As of 2026, XiamenAir serves more than 100 destinations across China and
overseas markets. The airline operates a fleet exceeding 160 aircraft,
making it one of China's largest privately managed commercial airlines.
Through its network structure and alliance partnerships, passengers are able
to connect between regional Chinese cities and international destinations
via the airline's major hub airports.
