Passengers traveling with XiamenAir can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
XiamenAir provides online check-in through its website and mobile application
for eligible flights. Online check-in enables passengers to confirm travel
details, select seats where available, and obtain electronic boarding passes
before arriving at the airport.
Availability of online check-in depends on departure airport requirements,
immigration regulations, and route restrictions. Certain international
destinations may require document verification at airport counters before
boarding passes can be validated.
Mobile Check-in
Passengers using the XiamenAir mobile application can access booking
information, complete check-in procedures, and store digital boarding passes on
compatible devices.
Self-Service Facilities
Selected airports within China and international locations offer self-service
kiosks for passenger processing. These facilities allow travellers to print
boarding passes and baggage tags prior to proceeding to baggage drop counters.
Airport Counter Check-in
The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending
on your itinerary. The counters at the airport will be closing 60 minutes prior
to the scheduled departure.
Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair services, medical clearance, special meals, or
additional support should notify the airline before departure. Certain
assistance requests require advance approval and documentation.
Failure to complete check-in before the published deadline may result in denied
boarding and cancellation of the reservation.
