Magic Springs and Crystal Falls

Magic Springs and Crystal Falls is an amusement park and water park located in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

A combined amusement park and water park, a single price admission includes all day use of the rides and attractions. The park has five roller-coasters and two water rides, with a total of 20 rides and an amphitheater.

The park is open weekends from April through October and daily late-May through mid-August.

The Gauntlet is a Vekoma Suspended Looping Coaster. Built in 2004 by Vekoma for Six Flags New Orleans (Jazzland), the sale never finalized and Magic Springs and Crystal Falls bought the coaster. It features a 110 ft. drop and is the first Vekoma SLC to feature a redesigned wheel assembly to give a more comfortable ride.

Getting There

Here are some ways to get there depending on your starting location:

If you are coming from the north, take I-40 or I-55 southbound until you reach Little Rock. Then, take I-30 westbound and follow it until you reach exit 111 for US-70 westbound. Follow US-70 westbound until you reach Hot Springs, then turn left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue until you reach Magic Springs Drive, then turn left and follow the signs to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls.

If you are coming from the south, take I-49 or US-71 northbound until you reach Hot Springs. Then, take US-70 eastbound and follow it until you reach Central Avenue. Turn right onto Central Avenue and follow it until you reach Magic Springs Drive, then turn left and follow the signs to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls.

If you are coming from the west, take I-40 eastbound until you reach Little Rock. Then, take I-30 westbound and follow it until you reach exit 111 for US-70 westbound. Follow US-70 westbound until you reach Hot Springs, then turn left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue until you reach Magic Springs Drive, then turn left and follow the signs to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls.

If you are coming from the east, take I-40 westbound until you reach Little Rock. Then, take I-430 southbound and follow it until you reach exit 12 for I-630 westbound. Follow I-630 until you reach exit 1A for I-30 westbound. Follow I-30 westbound until you reach exit 111 for US-70 westbound. Follow US-70 westbound until you reach Hot Springs, then turn left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue until you reach Magic Springs Drive, then turn left and follow the signs to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls.
