Fort Smith Regional Airport (IATA: FSM, ICAO: KFSM, FAA LID: FSM) is a public use joint civil-military airport located three nautical miles (6 km) southeast of the central business district of Fort Smith, in Sebastian County, Arkansas, United States.

Currently, there are two airlines operating at Fort Smith Regional Airport: American Airlines and Delta Air Lines. American Airlines provides daily flights to and from Dallas/Fort Worth, while Delta Air Lines offers daily flights to and from Atlanta.
