Air Seoul Cancellation and Refund

Air Seoul allows passengers to cancel eligible bookings and request refunds in accordance with the fare rules, ticket conditions, and applicable regulations. Refund eligibility depends on the fare purchased, cancellation timing, and whether any portion of the ticket has been used.

Reservation Cancellation

Passengers may cancel bookings through the Air Seoul website, customer service centre, or authorised ticket offices before the scheduled departure.

Cancellation charges vary according to:

• Time remaining before departure

Promotional Fares

Special promotional tickets may carry strict cancellation conditions. Some discounted fares permit partial refunds after deduction of cancellation fees, while others may not qualify for voluntary refunds after ticket issuance.

Unused Tickets

Passengers holding completely unused refundable tickets may request cancellation before departure. Applicable service fees and fare conditions are deducted before the remaining balance is refunded.

Partially Used Tickets

When one or more flight segments have already been flown, any remaining refundable amount is calculated according to the ticket's fare rules and the value of the unused sectors.

Airline Schedule Changes

Passengers affected by flight cancellations, significant schedule adjustments, or operational disruptions initiated by Air Seoul may receive alternative flight arrangements or refunds in accordance with applicable regulations and ticket conditions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on payment providers, financial institutions, and the method used to purchase the ticket.

Optional Services

Refunds for prepaid services such as seat selection, baggage purchases, or other optional products are subject to the individual conditions attached to each service. Some optional purchases remain non-refundable once confirmed or used.
