Eligibility

The availability of the Unaccompanied Minor service depends on the child's age, route, and operational requirements.

Parents or legal guardians must confirm eligibility with Air Seoul before purchasing the ticket, as the service is not available on every flight or destination.

Reservation Requirements

Requests for Unaccompanied Minor travel should be submitted before departure. Parents or guardians are required to provide:

• Child's passport and travel documents
• Completed Unaccompanied Minor forms
• Contact details for both the person accompanying the child to the departure airport and the person collecting the child at the destination
• Any documents required by immigration authorities

The accompanying adult must remain at the departure airport until the flight has departed.

Airport Procedures

The child must be checked in at an Air Seoul service counter by a parent or authorised guardian. Airport staff verify all travel documents before issuing boarding passes and completing the required paperwork.

Airline personnel escort the child through departure procedures and hand the passenger to cabin crew before boarding.

Arrival and Collection

Upon arrival, Air Seoul staff escort the child through the arrival process and release the passenger only to the authorised adult named on the travel documentation.

The receiving adult must present valid government-issued identification before custody of the child is transferred.

If the authorised guardian is unavailable upon arrival, Air Seoul follows its established procedures, which may include contacting the listed emergency contacts and arranging appropriate supervision until collection can be completed.

Parents should ensure the child carries all required travel documents, medications, and essential personal items in cabin baggage before the journey begins.
