Air Seoul Lost & Found
Air Seoul provides lost and found assistance for passengers who lose personal
belongings during flights or airport procedures.
The handling process depends on whether the item was misplaced onboard the
aircraft, inside airport facilities, or related to checked baggage.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items discovered after an Air Seoul aircraft arrives at its destination are
collected by cabin crew or ground handling personnel. The recovered belongings
are recorded and transferred to the airport’s lost property department or Air
Seoul’s local handling office.
Passengers should provide the following details when reporting an item left
onboard:
• Flight number
• Travel date
• Seat number
• Description of the missing item
• Contact information
Items such as passports, electronic devices, bags, and personal accessories
require identification before collection.
Items Lost at the Airport
Belongings misplaced in terminal areas, including check-in counters, security
inspection areas, departure lounges, and boarding gates, are managed by the
relevant airport lost and found authority.
Passengers should report missing items as soon as possible because airport
facilities maintain separate procedures and storage periods.
Checked Baggage Issues
Passengers who do not receive their checked baggage upon arrival must report
immediately at the baggage service counter. Air Seoul or its appointed ground
handling partner will create a baggage irregularity report and begin tracing
procedures.
Passengers must provide baggage claim tags, flight information, and personal
identification for investigation.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are released after ownership verification. Passengers may be
required to provide identification documents and details confirming possession
of the lost property.
Air Seoul advises passengers to place valuable items, travel documents, money,
and electronic devices in cabin baggage rather than checked luggage.
