Air Seoul Baggage Allowance

Passengers travelling with Air Seoul are provided with baggage allowances according to the purchased fare type and route conditions. The permitted baggage amount is displayed during booking and on the electronic ticket confirmation.

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger may bring one cabin baggage item onboard Air Seoul flights.

The standard cabin baggage allowance includes:

• Maximum weight: 10 kg (22 lbs)
• Maximum size: 115 cm total dimensions (length + width + height)
• Maximum individual dimensions: 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm

The cabin bag must fit inside the overhead storage compartment or under the passenger seat where applicable.

Passengers may also carry one personal item, such as a handbag, laptop bag, or small backpack, provided it can be stored beneath the seat in front. Items exceeding the permitted cabin allowance must be checked into the aircraft hold and may require additional payment.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Checked baggage allowance depends on fare category and destination.

Air Seoul’s standard checked baggage policies include:

• Economy Class Lite Fare: No free checked baggage allowance
• Economy Class Basic Fare: 15 kg checked baggage allowance
• Economy Class Flexible Fare: 15 kg checked baggage allowance

Some international routes include different baggage limits based on distance, destination country regulations, and promotional fare conditions.

Each checked baggage piece must comply with the airline’s size restrictions. Individual baggage exceeding 32 kg cannot be accepted as checked baggage and must be handled through separate cargo arrangements.

Extra Baggage

Passengers may purchase additional checked baggage through Air Seoul’s website or reservation channels before departure. Prepaid baggage services provide additional weight allowance according to route and fare conditions.

Additional charges apply when baggage exceeds the free allowance in weight, quantity, or size. Airport payment rates may differ from advance purchase fees.

Special baggage, including sports equipment, musical instruments, and oversized items, requires advance confirmation from Air Seoul before travel. Handling charges may apply depending on the item type and destination.
