National Constitution Center

Located within Independence National Historical Park, the Center is dedicated to
the history and continuing relevance of the Constitution of the United States.
The museum contains exhibits, artifacts and a theater.
The museum opened on July 4, 2003.
The original copy of the Constitution is not at the Center but at the National
Archives in Washington, D.C.
The museum features a room full of life-sized sculptures of the 39 signers of
the Constitution.

Getting There
The National Constitution Center is easily accessible by public transportation.
You can take the Market-Frankford Line subway and get off at the 5th
Street/Independence Hall Station. From there, the Constitution Center is just a
short walk away. You can also take several SEPTA bus routes that stop near the
museum, including routes 5, 9, 17, 21, and 33.
