One South Church Street is the tallest building in Tucson and 13th tallest in Arizona. The building is 330 feet tall (100.584 meters) and 25 floors. It was designed by Fentress Bradburn Architects Ltd. in 1988.

UniSource Energy no longer occupies most of the floors of the building, this compared to the 10 the company did when the tower was built. Starting in early 2012, UniSource Energy moved to its new headquarters in the UniSource Energy Building.

Getting There

One South Church is located in Tucson, Arizona, in the United States. Here are some ways to get there depending on your starting location:

If you are coming from the Tucson International Airport, you can take Tucson Boulevard northbound until you reach Broadway Boulevard. Turn right onto Broadway Boulevard, and continue until you reach Stone Avenue. Turn left onto Stone Avenue, and continue until you reach Pennington Street. Turn right onto Pennington Street, and the destination will be on your left.

If you are coming from the north or south on I-10, take exit 258 to merge onto Congress Street. Follow Congress Street until you reach Church Avenue, and turn left onto Church Avenue. The destination will be on your left.

If you are coming from the east or west on Speedway Boulevard, turn south onto Stone Avenue, and continue until you reach Pennington Street. Turn right onto Pennington Street, and the destination will be on your left.
