Double Six Beach, also known as 'Blue Ocean Beach', is a half-kilometre stretch of golden-white sand located in Seminyak, Bali. This beach connects the northern part of Legian, also called 'Blue Ocean Beach', to the southern beachfront of The Oberoi Bali resort, commonly referred to as 'Oberoi Beach'.

The beach is accessible via Jalan Double Six (also known as Jalan Arjuna), one of Legian’s main beachside streets, which is lined with trendy bars and restaurants. Entry to the beach is free, though there is a small parking fee for motorists (IDR 5,000 or less than a dollar). Visitors staying at nearby hotels such as Hotel Kumala Pantai, Ananta Legian, The Jayakarta Bali, or the Double Six Luxury Hotel can easily walk to the beach.

Double Six Beach offers a variety of beachfront dining options that cater to guests throughout the day, but it truly comes alive at sunset. Venues like La Plancha set up colourful parasols, beach bags, and mini tables on the sand. While there are no exclusively gay beaches in Bali, Double Six Beach remains popular among gay visitors and locals alike.

During the day, the beach offers a peaceful atmosphere with good waves for surfing in the early morning. Visitors can rent sun loungers from locals or enjoy a beach massage from local Balinese masseuses, with prices ranging from IDR 50,000 to 100,000 (USD 3.80 to 7.60). For more activities, nearby Mesari Beach Inn offers horse rentals, allowing visitors to enjoy a ride along the beach. Surfboards and surf lessons are also available, making it a great spot for beginners. For a more upscale experience, visitors can head to the Double Six Luxury Hotel for fine dining at Plantation Grill or enjoy rooftop dining.

The quickest and most comfortable way to reach Bali is by air, with flights connecting from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and all major cities in Indonesia. Ngurah Rai International Airport (IATA: DPS, ICAO: WADD), also known as Denpasar International Airport or I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, is the main airport serving the area.

Double Six Beach is located along Jalan Double Six (Jalan Arjuna) in Seminyak and is approximately a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Tuban, South Bali.
