Santa Fe Regional Airport
Santa Fe Regional Airport (IATA: SAF, ICAO: KSAF, FAA LID: SAF) is ten miles
southwest of Santa Fe, in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
The airport covers an area of 2,450 acres and has one asphalt runway measuring
8,300 feet long.
The airport has a modern passenger terminal with a restaurant, a gift shop, and
a passenger lounge. Ground transportation options include rental cars, taxis,
and shuttle services.
There are currently two airlines that operate at Santa Fe Regional Airport:
American Eagle and
United
Express. American Eagle offers flights to and from Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport, while United Express provides service to and from Denver
International Airport.
The airport offers both short-term and long-term parking options. Short-term
parking is available in front of the terminal building for $1 per half hour,
with a maximum daily rate of $10. Long-term parking is located in a lot adjacent
to the terminal, and the rate is $7 per day. There is also a free cell phone
waiting lot for drivers waiting to pick up passengers.
