Chicago Midway International Airport (IATA: MDW, ICAO: KMDW, FAA LID: MDW) is a major commercial airport on the southwest side of Chicago, Illinois, located eight miles (13 km) from the Loop. Established in 1927, Midway served as Chicago's primary airport until the opening of O'Hare International Airport in 1955.

The airport has a single terminal building with three concourses and offers a range of amenities, including restaurants, shops, and free Wi-Fi.

In addition to Southwest Airlines, the airport is served by several other airlines, including Delta Air Lines, Volaris, and Porter Airlines. Midway offers nonstop flights to many major cities across the United States, as well as several destinations in Mexico and Canada.
