Passengers traveling with Pacific Airlines can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online / Mobile Check-in

Online/mobile check-in is very convenient whether you are at home or in the office. You can check-in online at any time as long as you are within the permitted time of check-in online for your flight, whether you have baggage or not. You can also select seats (from the available seats), download and print boarding passes or travel-related documents. You can also choose receive your boarding pass via SMS (only for select flights). Lots of convenient to save you time.

Currently, Pacific Airlines only applies for online check-in for some domestic flights with departure points starting from Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. Check-in time is opened 24 hours before the flight and closes one hours before the flight departure.

If you do not have checked baggage, you can check-in online, get your boarding pass and go straight to the boarding gate.

For most air tickets, you can check-in online easily, quickly and for free.

Kiosks Check-in

Pacific Airlines kiosks is a very convenient way to save time and limit long queues. Currently check-in kiosks on some Pacific Airlines domestic flights have departures starting from Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City. You can also check-in at Vietnam Airlines kiosks.

Check-in time at kiosks is 3 hours to 45 minutes before flight departure.

If you have checked baggage, you can still check-in at the kiosk, but you must proceed to send your baggage at the Pacific Airlines check-in counter before the check-in counter closes.

Airport Counter Check-in

The Airport check-in counters are open 2 hours before departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure time for international flights.

Boarding Gates

Timings for the Domestic flights boarding are:

• 25 minutes before departure: be at your boarding gate.

• 15 minutes before departure: boarding gate closed.

Timings for the International flights boarding are:

• 40 minutes before departure: be at your boarding gate.

• 15 minutes before departure: boarding gate closed.

These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Pacific Airlines for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during check-in.
