Passengers traveling with Virgin Atlantic can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
Online check in for all flights opens 24 hours and closes 70 minutes before the
scheduled departure.
Airport Counter Check-in
The Virgin Atlantic airport check in desks generally close 60 minutes before
departure. This time can vary so that it is recommended you check the airport
guide for your departure airport.
Note: Passengers who are booked to travel on a
Delta Air Lines flight, please
proceed to
Delta Air Lines Check in. If
flying out of Havana, please check in at the airport.
Check-in and Boarding Timings
The check-in closes 60 minutes before long haul flights depart and 45 minutes
before short haul flights depart. Virgin Atlantic passengers are advise to get
to the gate at least 10 minutes before departure so that you are ready to board
without rushing.
