Passengers traveling with Jet2.com can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
If you’ve chosen to check in online, you can do this from 28 days and up to 6
hours before your departure. You can check in via the website or the mobile app.
Please remember to download your mobile boarding passes on the app onto your smartphone or alternatively print your passes on the desktop site. Mobile
boarding passes are now available in the Jet2.com mobile apps on iOS and Android
for the majority of its destinations.
If you’ve got hold baggage to check in, simply go to the Jet2.com check-in area
(look out for Jet2.com friendly staff in red uniforms) when you arrive at the
airport. Remember that the check-in desks close 40 minutes before your
departure. If you’re travelling with just hand baggage, you can go straight to
airport security with your boarding pass.
Airport Counter Check-in
If you have selected to check in at the airport during your booking process,
please go directly to the Jet2.com check-in area assigned to your flight number.
The Jet2.com check-in desks open 2 hours 30 minutes prior and will close 40
minutes before your scheduled time of departure.
Boarding Gate Timing
You must be at the Boarding Gate no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled
time of departure. Please note that flights cannot wait for anyone who has been
delayed at Security points within the airport.
Travel Document Required During Check-in
Domestic Flights
All passengers over 12 years of age on domestic flights must provide a suitable
official photographic document to prove their identity before travel. The name
on the photographic identification document must match the passenger's name
exactly.
Passengers aged 11 or under may travel using a birth certificate as
identification.
International Flights
For all international flights, all passengers will need a valid passport,
including children and infants that is valid for the full duration of your trip.
If you have a British passport you will need at least six months of validity
when travelling in the EU.
