Turkish Airlines Lost & Found

If you have lost an item while traveling with Turkish Airlines, you can report and track it through their Lost & Found service. The process depends on where you lost the item:

Lost Items at the Airport

If you lost your item inside the airport (before security, at check-in, or after landing), contact the Lost & Found office of the respective airport.

Each airport has its own Lost & Found department, and Turkish Airlines is not responsible for items lost in airport areas.

Lost Items on a Turkish Airlines Flight

If you lost an item onboard a Turkish Airlines flight or inside a Turkish Airlines lounge, report it through:

Turkish Airlines Lost & Found Office at your destination airport.

The official Turkish Airlines website under the Lost & Found section.

Istanbul Airport Lost & Found Office (if your flight was to/from Istanbul Airport).

Checked Baggage Issues (Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Baggage)

If your checked baggage is missing, immediately visit the Baggage Services Desk at the airport upon arrival.

You will receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a reference number to track your baggage.

You can check the status of lost baggage via the WorldTracer system on the Turkish Airlines website.

If your baggage is not found within 30 days, it may be eligible for compensation.
