Passengers traveling with Thai Smile can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
Enjoy the convenience and ease of online check-in for THAI Smile operated
flights. Check-in can be made from 24-2 hours prior to scheduled flight
departure.
Online Web Check-in cannot be used for those requiring special needs such as
wheelchairs, medical attention or children traveling alone.
Airport Counters Check-in

- Smile Plus: check-in at counter B5-B6
- Smile Class: check-in at counter C11-C18
- Internet Check-in: check-in at C9-C10
International Flight
- Smile Plus: check-in at counter D3-D4
- Smile Class: check-in at counter D5-D7
- Internet Check-in: check-in at counter D8
- Group Check-in: check-in at counter D9-D11
For Regional flight, Counter check-in will be open 3 hours prior the scheduled
flight and will be close 60 minutes prior the scheduled flight. The gate will be
close 10 minutes prior the departure time.
For Domestic flight, Counter check-in will be open 2 hours prior the scheduled
flight and will be close 45 minutes prior the scheduled flight. The gate will be
close 10 minutes prior the departure time.
Please spare extra time for your trip to the airport as traffic may take longer
than usual during rush hours.
For international flights, you need a passport with a visa (if your destination
country requires a visa for entry), as well as reservation documents or the
reservation code.
For domestic flights, you need an identification card or any identification
document with a picture on it such as a passport or government-issued
identification cards, as well as reservation documents or the reservation code.
