How to Report a Lost Item
Lost Onboard a China Airlines Flight
If you realize you lost an item while still at the airport, immediately notify
China Airlines’ Lost & Found counter at the arrival terminal.
If you have already left the airport, contact China Airlines’ local office at
your arrival destination.
Lost at the Airport or Lounge
If the item was lost at an airport security checkpoint, baggage claim, or
lounge, contact the airport’s Lost & Found department. China Airlines does not
manage items lost in these areas.

- When reporting a lost item, provide:
- Flight details (date, flight number, seat number)
- Item description (color, brand, size, special features)
- Your contact details (phone number and email)
