Braathens Regional Airlines Baggage Allowance
Passengers traveling with Braathens Regional Airlines are welcome to bring:
Cabin Baggage
Economy Class: Passengers are allowed one cabin bag with a maximum weight of 8
kg and dimensions not exceeding 50 x 40 x 25 cm.
Additional Item: Passengers may also bring a small personal item such as a
handbag, laptop bag, or briefcase.
Checked Baggage
Economy Class: Passengers are typically allowed one checked bag with a maximum
weight of 23 kg.
Business Class: Passengers are generally allowed two checked bags, each with a
maximum weight of 23 kg.
Excess Baggage: Additional fees apply for baggage exceeding the standard
allowance. Fees vary depending on the route and can be paid online or at the
airport.
Special Items
Sports Equipment: Sports equipment such as skis, golf bags, and bicycles can be
transported, but must be registered in advance and may incur additional fees.
Musical Instruments: Small musical instruments can be carried as cabin baggage
if they fit within the size and weight limits. Larger instruments must be
checked in and may incur additional fees.
Prohibited Items
Safety Regulations: Items that are prohibited by international and
airline-specific safety regulations are not allowed in either cabin or checked
baggage.
