Passengers traveling with kulula.com are welcome to bring:
Carry-on Baggage
Every passengers can take one cabin bag with maximum 7 kg per person on
board. Carry-on baggage should not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 25cm for dimensions.
Passengers travelling with infants are also permitted to bring one personal
item onto their flight as long as it is able to fit underneath the seat in
front of them.
Checked Baggage Allowance
The checked bag allowance per travellers is dependent on the Branded Fares
option selected at the time of booking. Please check your booking to confirm
the applicable baggage allowance. For anything more, you can simply purchase
extra bags online at a discounted rate or at the airport. Any bag weighing
between 20kg and 32kg will incur a heavy bag fee at the airport.
To avoid extra charges for excess baggage, please make sure to fit your
allowed weight into your allowed number of pieces. Any extra weight or
number of pieces will be subject to additional fees, provided there is space
in the hold for your excess baggage.
Extra Baggage
If you have more baggage weight and/or pieces than your allowance,
additional charges will be applied.
You can purchase your extra bag allowance in advance enjoy a great discount.
