Saudia provides a Lost & Found service to assist passengers in retrieving
misplaced or forgotten belongings.
Whether an item is lost on a flight, at the airport, or in a Saudia lounge,
passengers can report and track their lost property through the airline’s
dedicated channels.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers who lose an item should report it as soon as possible. There are
multiple ways to file a report:
At the Airport: Visit the Lost & Found office in the arrival terminal or baggage
claim area.
Online Form: Submit a claim through the official Saudia website with flight
details and item description.
Call Center: Contact Saudia’s customer service or the airport’s Lost & Found
department.
Items Lost on Board
If an item is left on a Saudia aircraft, passengers should immediately notify
the airline’s staff at the destination airport. The airline typically holds lost
items at the arrival airport for a certain period before transferring them to a
central storage facility.
Baggage Irregularities
For delayed or damaged baggage, passengers must visit the Baggage Services
counter upon arrival and file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Tracking
updates are available online or via customer service.
Claiming Found Items
Once an item is located, passengers must provide valid ID and proof of ownership
when collecting it. Items unclaimed after a specific period may be disposed of
according to airline policy.
For urgent assistance, travelers should directly contact Saudia’s Lost & Found
office at their arrival airport.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
