Passengers traveling with Saudia can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
• Available for all domestic & selected international flights.
• For passengers holding a confirmed, valid eTicket only.
• Any time between (48) hours and up to one hour prior to all flights scheduled
departure time.
City Ticket Office
You can get your boarding pass in advance at one of the following city ticket
offices, within 48 hours prior to the flight departure:
• Makkah CTO - AI-Shohada
• Riyadh CTO - Alolaya. Main Street
• Riyadh CTO - Diplomatic Quarter
• Jeddah CTO - Terminal "C", Old Airport
• Dhahran Khobar - Gulf Centre CTO
• Dammam - Main CTO
If you have baggage, you should check-in at the airport at least 2 hours prior
to departure.
Airport Check-in
It is important that you arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure
time of international flights and 2 hours before the departure time of domestic
flights. This will help you finalize your check-in procedures from baggage
check-in, receiving your boarding pass to completing your passport procedures in
an easy and comfortable manner.
Boarding Time
• Check-in for all flights will be closed 1 hour prior to the scheduled
departure.
• Departure gates on all routes will be closed 20 minutes before the scheduled
departure.
