Cancellation Policy

By default, MAI tickets are non-refundable unless your specific fare type permits a refund.

Promotional fares, including 'Hot Deal' tickets, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Fare-Dependent Conditions

Certain fare types such as Business Flex, Business, Economy Flex, and Economy, may allow cancellation before departure, usually subject to applicable fees. Eligibility depends on the fare rules attached to your ticket.

Hot Deal fares do not allow cancellation or refunds under any circumstances.

Always review the fare rules stated on your e-ticket or booking confirmation, as these determine whether cancellation is allowed and what fees may apply.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies based on fare type, route, and ticket conditions:

• Refundable tickets: Eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to applicable fees.

• Non-refundable tickets: Not eligible for a fare refund; however, certain taxes and unused airport charges may be refundable.

• Partially used tickets: If refunds are permitted, they are calculated based on the unused portion of the journey.

All approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 8 weeks to be completed.
