Flight Cancellations by Passengers
Passengers may cancel their reservations; however, cancellation fees may apply
based on the fare type, ticket conditions, and timing of the request.
Refund eligibility depends on the fare rules set at the time of booking. Some
promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable, in which case only
certain taxes or airport charges may be reimbursed.
Passengers holding refundable tickets may receive a full or partial refund after
deducting any applicable service fees.
Flight Cancellations by the Airline
If Royal Air Maroc cancels a flight, passengers are typically entitled to one of
the following options:
✔️ A full refund of the ticket price.
✔️ Rebooking on the next available Royal Air Maroc flight at no additional cost.
In certain circumstances, especially during long delays or unexpected
cancellations, the airline may also provide compensation in the form of meals,
accommodation, or transportation.
Refund Process
Refund requests can be initiated through:
✔️ Royal Air Maroc’s ticket offices
✔️ The travel agency that issued the ticket
✔️ The airline’s customer service channels
Passengers must submit their ticket number, personal identification, and proof
of purchase. Refunds are usually processed within a few business weeks,
depending on the original method of payment.
