Passengers traveling with Aeroméxico can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online Check-in
Availability: Online check-in opens 48 hours before the scheduled departure time
for domestic flights and 24 hours for international flights.
Process: Passengers can check in via the Aeroméxico website or mobile app by
entering their booking reference or frequent flyer number.
Benefits: Allows passengers to select or change seats, obtain a boarding pass,
and save time at the airport. Mobile boarding passes can be saved to a
smartphone.
Airport Check-in
Counters: Aeroméxico check-in counters are available at all airports served by
the airline. Passengers can check in, drop off checked baggage, and receive
boarding passes. Self-service kiosks are available at select airports, allowing
passengers to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes.
Opening Times
Domestic Flights: Counters open 2 hours before departure and close 45 minutes
before departure.
International Flights: Counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60
minutes before departure.
Baggage Drop
Procedure: For passengers who have checked in online or via mobile and have
baggage to check, baggage drop counters are available at the airport. It is
important to arrive early to drop off checked baggage and comply with baggage
allowance policies.
Documentation
Requirements: Passengers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (for
domestic flights) or a valid passport and any necessary visas (for international
