Malaysia Airlines has a frequent flyer program called Enrich. Enrich is designed to reward members with miles for flights, as well as a variety of other ways to earn and redeem miles for benefits.

Earning Enrich Miles

Flying with Malaysia Airlines: Members earn Enrich Miles when flying with Malaysia Airlines or its partner airlines (including oneworld alliance members and other codeshare partners).

Redeeming Enrich Miles

Membership Tiers

Enrich Blue: The entry-level tier, available to all members when they join. Members earn miles, but additional benefits are limited.

Enrich Silver: Achieved by accumulating a certain number of miles or segments. Members at this level can enjoy benefits like priority check-in and extra baggage allowances.

Enrich Gold: This level offers more perks, such as access to lounges, additional baggage, and priority boarding.

Enrich Platinum: The highest tier of the Enrich program, offering the most benefits, including exclusive lounge access, increased baggage allowances, and more.

Expiration of Enrich Miles

Enrich Miles generally expire after 36 months if not redeemed or earned through eligible activities. However, activity in your account (earning or redeeming miles) can extend the expiration date.

How to Join

You can join the Enrich program by visiting the Malaysia Airlines website and signing up for free. You’ll get a membership number and can start accumulating miles as soon as you fly with Malaysia Airlines or their partners.

Additional Benefits for Higher Tiers

Exclusive Lounge Access: Enrich Gold and Platinum members get access to Malaysia Airlines lounges and those of partner airlines.

Priority Services: Members at higher tiers enjoy priority check-in, security screening, and boarding.

Special Offers and Promotions: As a member, you may receive exclusive deals, discounts, and offers on flights and services.
