If you have lost an item while traveling with Korean Air, the airline provides
Lost & Found services to help passengers retrieve their belongings.
The process depends on where the item was lost—onboard a flight, at the airport,
or in checked baggage.
Items Lost Onboard a Korean Air Flight
If you left an item on the plane, report it immediately to the arrival airport’s
Lost & Found office.
You can also contact Korean Air’s Lost & Found department at your arrival
airport.
Items found on the aircraft are usually held by airport authorities for a
limited period.
Items Lost at the Airport
If you lost an item inside the terminal, check-in area, or security checkpoint,
contact the airport’s Lost & Found office.
Airports manage their own Lost & Found services, and Korean Air cannot directly
retrieve these items.
Lost or Delayed Checked Baggage
If your checked baggage is missing, file a report at the Korean Air Baggage
Service Office before leaving the airport.
You can track your baggage through the WorldTracer system or by contacting
Korean Air customer service.
Compensation may be provided for permanently lost baggage.
How to Contact Korean Air Lost & Found
