Asiana Lost & Found

If you have lost an item while traveling with Asiana Airlines, you can report and retrieve it through their Lost & Found service.

The process depends on where the item was lost—onboard, at the airport, or in checked baggage.

Items Lost Onboard

If you left an item on the plane, contact the arrival airport’s Lost & Found office.

Asiana Airlines does not store items at a central location, so it is best to report the loss immediately.

Items Lost at the Airport

If you lost an item at the airport terminal, security checkpoint, or immigration, contact the respective airport’s Lost & Found office.

Each airport has different policies and procedures for handling lost items.

Lost or Delayed Baggage

If your checked baggage is missing, report it at the Asiana Airlines Baggage Service counter before leaving the airport.

You will receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a tracking number.

You can check the status of your baggage through the WorldTracer system.
