Cancellations and Refunds for International Flights

Voluntary Cancellations: If you cancel your flight, you can request a refund based on the fare rules. Refunds are typically processed to the original form of payment.

Involuntary Cancellations: If ANA cancels your flight due to their own reasons, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking. If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond ANA's control (like weather), you may still request a refund or rebooking.

Voluntary Cancellations: Cancellation charges depend on your fare type and when you cancel. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.

Involuntary Cancellations: If your domestic flight is canceled by ANA, you’re entitled to a full refund or rebooking. If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond ANA’s control, a refund or rebooking is still available.

Refund Processing Times

Credit Card Payments: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days, though the credit card issuer will finalize the refund according to their own timeline.

Cash or Check Payments: Refunds for payments made via cash or check are issued within 20 calendar days.

How to Request a Refund:

Online: You can log in to your ANA Mileage Club account and access the "My Booking" section to request a refund.

Customer Service Center: You can also contact ANA's Customer Service Center for assistance with your cancellation or refund request.

Important Notes

Refund Eligibility: The eligibility for a refund depends on the fare rules of your ticket. Some tickets may be non-refundable or have cancellation fees.
