Items Left Onboard

Immediate Action: If you realize you’ve left an item on the aircraft, contact ANA’s Lost and Found department promptly. For international flights, you can email seallnh@fly-ana.com.

Airport Lost and Found: ANA collaborates with airport authorities to manage lost items. Contact the Lost and Found department at the airport where you arrived. For example, at Tokyo Narita Airport, the contact number is 0476-33-2300, available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Items Left Behind at the Airport

Contact Airport Lost and Found: If you left an item in the airport terminal, reach out to the Lost and Found department of the respective airport. For instance, at Tokyo Haneda Airport, you can call 03-6428-3799 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Damaged or Lost Checked Baggage

Report Immediately: If your checked baggage is damaged or missing, report it to ANA staff at the airport immediately. For international flights, you can also contact ANA’s baggage service via email at seallnh@fly-ana.com.

Declaration Deadline: For damaged baggage, you must report it within seven days of your flight arrival. For missing baggage, report it as soon as possible to initiate the tracing process.
