IndiGo Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with IndiGo can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Web Check-in
Web check-in feature helps the customers avoid waiting in long queues at the
airport, by simply checking-in free online. Web check-in can be done anytime up
to 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure.
Passengers whose traveling with IndiGo can used this check-in option if they
are:
• Passengers holding a valid and confirmed IndiGo booking Reference or PNR
• A maximum of 9 passengers per PNR with a maximum of 4 segments for customers
fulfilling the check-in window criteria
To avail IndiGo web check-in, you have to enter your booking reference no along
with last name or email I'd. Carry the printout of your boarding pass and drop
your check-in baggage at the drop counter.
Kiosk Check-in
Kiosk Check-in is a convenient way for passengers to check-in using IndiGo
kiosks located at the airport. Passengers can select their preferred seat and
print their boarding pass. IndiGo kiosks closes 1 hour 10 minutes prior to
departure.
Passengers will not be able to print out their boarding pass from the kiosk in
case they arrive late and the check-in counters for the flight are closed.
Mobile Check-in
Mobile Check-in is a convenient way to check-in using your mobile device.
Passengers can select their preferred seat, email or print their e-Boarding
pass. To Mobile Check-in, you can download the IndiGo App on Android and IOS.
Passengers MUST register to avail of the Mobile Check-in facility.
Passengers are requested to carry a print out of their boarding card once they
have completed their mobile Check-in. The boarding pass can also be obtained
from one of the IndiGo counters at the airport. However, it is recommended to
take the print in advance to skip the queue.
Airport Counters Check-in
Passengers can check-in at IndiGo counters located at airports. Passengers must
keep in mind the following rules related to airport check-ins:
Domestic Flights
• Check-in counters closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
• Boarding gates close 25 minutes prior to departure at all airports. Passengers
must be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified by IndiGo
when they check in or any subsequent announcements made at the airport.
IndiGo recommends that Customers report for Check-in at least 2 hours prior to
the departure of the scheduled flight. Passenger journey will be smoother if
they allow themselves ample time to comply with the Check-in timelines. IndiGo
reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s reservation if he/she does not comply
with the check-in timelines.
International Flights
• Check-in counters closes 75 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
• Boarding gates close 25 minutes to departure at all airports. Passengers must
be present at the boarding gate no later than the time specified by IndiGo when
they check in or any subsequent announcements made at the airport.
IndiGo recommends that Customers report for Check-in at least 4 hours prior to
the departure of the scheduled flight. Passenger journey will be smoother if
they allow themselves ample time to comply with the Check-in timelines.
IndiGo reserves the right to cancel a Customer’s reservation if he/she does not
comply with the check-in timelines.
