If you have lost an item while traveling with Cathay Pacific, you can report and
track it through their Lost & Found service based on where the item was lost.
Lost Items at the Airport
If you lost an item at the airport (before check-in, security, or after
arrival), contact the Lost & Found office of the respective airport.
Cathay Pacific does not handle items lost in airport terminals.
Lost Items Onboard a Cathay Pacific Flight
If you lost an item on a flight, it will be sent to the Lost & Found office at
your arrival airport.
Contact the baggage services or Lost & Found department at your destination
airport.
Lost Checked Baggage (Delayed, Damaged, or Missing)
If your checked baggage is missing or delayed, report it immediately upon
arrival at the Cathay Pacific Baggage Services Desk at the airport.
You will receive a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) to track your baggage.
Cathay Pacific uses WorldTracer to help locate lost baggage.
