Passengers traveling with Cathay Pacific can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Check-in

Online Check in are available for Cathay Pacific flights, Cathay Dragon flights and any onward flights on partner carriers 48 hours up to 90 minutes prior to flight departure.

Seat selection and seat change for yourself and your companions are available on online check-in. By using online check-in, you can print the Self-Print Boarding Pass or send Mobile Boarding Pass to your mobile device (where applicable) or you can collect your boarding pass at the Self Check-In Kiosk at the airport (where applicable).

Mobile check-in

Cathay Pacific is delighted to offer its new Mobile Check-In service – a feature that comes with exactly the same benefits as you check in online but with the added convenience of being accessible anytime anywhere while you are on the move. Mobile Check-In is accessible on all web-enabled mobile phones and requires no additional application downloads.

Airport Counter Check-in

Cathay Pacific recommends you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart.

• If you are departing from Hong Hong, you are required to have your boarding pass at least 45 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time.

• If you are departing from North America or Riyadh, you must have your boarding pass at least 60 minutes prior to departure.

• If you are departing from Dubai, you must have your boarding pass at least 75 minutes prior to flight departure.

These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Cathay Pacific for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during check-in.
