Carry-On Allowance

Economy Class (Light and Flex) allows one carry-on bag up to 8 kg and a maximum size of 56 x 45 x 25 cm. Business Class permits two carry-on bags with a combined weight of up to 13 kg.

Checked Baggage Allowance

For checked baggage, Economy Light has no checked baggage allowance, but passengers can purchase additional baggage if needed. Economy Flex and ComfortFlex include one checked bag up to 23 kg. Business Class allows two checked bags up to 32 kg each.

Passengers traveling with infants are allowed an additional bag up to 23 kg for baby essentials, regardless of travel class. Gold Members (Miles+Bonus) have additional baggage benefits, such as one extra checked bag up to 23 kg in Economy Class and two additional bags in Business Class.

Excess Baggage

Excess baggage fees apply if the weight or number of bags exceeds the allowance. Sports equipment and special items may have different allowances and charges.
