Air Dolomiti Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Air Dolomiti can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Check-in
Availability: Opens 23 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before
departure.
Procedure: Visit Air Dolomiti’s official website or use the Lufthansa mobile
app. Enter your booking details to check in, select seats, and obtain your
boarding pass.
Advantages: Allows you to skip the airport check-in counter and proceed directly
to security if you have no checked baggage.
Airport Check-in
Counters: Located at the departure airport. Check-in counters generally open 2
hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.
Procedure: Present your travel documents and booking confirmation at the
check-in counter. If you have checked baggage, it will be processed here.
Self-service Kiosks
Availability: Available at select airports.
Procedure: Use the kiosks to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes.
If you have checked baggage, it can be dropped off at designated baggage drop
counters.
Mobile Check-in
Availability: Accessible through the Lufthansa mobile app.
Procedure: Similar to online check-in, you can complete the check-in process via
the app, receive a mobile boarding pass, and go directly to security if you have
no checked baggage.
Important Information
Travel Documents: Ensure you have all necessary travel documents, including your
passport and visa, if required.
Baggage Drop-off: If you checked in online or via mobile but have checked
baggage, make sure to drop it off at the baggage drop counter within the
specified time frame.
Timing: Arrive at the airport with ample time to complete check-in and security
procedures, especially during peak travel times.
