Passengers traveling with Fiji Airways can Check-in conveniently with the check-in
options provided as below:
Online / Mobile Check-in
Fiji Airways provides online check-in beginning 24 hours before scheduled
departure for eligible international and domestic services. Online check-in
closes 90 minutes before departure for most international flights.
Passengers using online check-in may verify travel documents, choose available
seats, update passenger details where permitted, and obtain an electronic or
printable boarding pass.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by Fiji Airways.
These kiosks allow passengers to check in, print boarding passes, and produce
baggage tags before proceeding to baggage drop facilities.
Availability depends on airport infrastructure and route.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters open several hours before departure according to
destination and airport operating procedures.
Passengers travelling internationally must present valid passports, visas,
health documentation where required, and any additional entry permits requested
by destination authorities.
Checked baggage must be accepted before the published check-in deadline.
Boarding gates also close before departure, and passengers arriving after the
cut-off are not accepted for travel.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, travelling with medical equipment,
expecting assistance because of reduced mobility, or requiring additional
support should complete check-in at staffed counters.
Families travelling with infants, passengers carrying firearms under authorised
transport procedures, and travellers with pets or service animals must also
complete formalities through airport service counters.
Advance notification allows Fiji Airways to coordinate assistance and required
airport arrangements before departure.
