Juneyao Airlines (Chinese: 吉祥航空), formerly known as Juneyao Airlines, is a carrier based in Shanghai, operating both domestic and international services from two airports Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport.

The company was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of Shanghai JuneYao (Group) Co Ltd and started operations on September 2006. With fleet size of 73 air planes, the airlines operates more than 70 routes in mainland China and International.
