Passengers traveling with Hainan Airlines (海南航空) can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Check-in
Online check-in is available 42 hours before departure (local time) for flights
departing and will be closed 1 hour before departure. Please confirm the
validity of check-in time as it may vary from different airports.
Online check in is not available for infant passengers, disabled passengers and
passengers that require special assistance for boarding. For passengers with
checked baggage, please go to Hainan Airlines check in counters to check in your
baggage within the required period of time.
Airport Counter Check-in
Passengers should arrive at the airport before the minimum check-in time. Please
bring your valid passport, visas, and other necessary travel documents that you
used during the purchase of your ticket. If you purchase your ticket on Hainan
Airlines Global Website by credit card, please bring your credit card along with
you as well. Be sure to complete all check-in and exit requirements in advance.
The check-in counter closes 45 minutes before the flight departure time. For
flights originating from Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, the minimum check-in
time is 45 minutes. The check-in closure time for most other Chinese airports is
30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
However, to make sure that you have enough time to go through the security,
please arrive three hours prior to departure for international flights and 90
minutes for domestic flights.
