Online Check-In

Passengers can check in online via the JetSMART website (jetsmart.com) or mobile app. Online check-in opens 72 hours and closes 3 hours before the scheduled departure for international flights, and 70 minutes before domestic flights. After checking in, passengers can download or print their boarding pass.

Airport Check-In

For those unable to check in online, airport check-in is available. However, JetSMART charges a fee for check-in services at the airport unless the fare includes this service. It is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights to avoid delays.

Boarding Pass

Passengers with an online boarding pass must ensure it is either printed or available on their mobile device before arriving at the airport. A reprinting fee may apply if the boarding pass is requested at the airport.
