JetSMART Airlines follows an ultra-low-cost model, so its baggage allowance policy is minimal, with options to purchase additional services.

Free Carry-On

Passengers are allowed one small personal item (e.g., a backpack, purse, or laptop bag) that fits under the seat in front of them. Dimensions must not exceed 45 x 35 x 25 cm (including handles and wheels).

Paid Carry-On Bag

If additional carry-on luggage is needed, passengers can purchase a carry-on bag that must fit in the overhead bin. The maximum dimensions are 55 x 35 x 25 cm and the weight must not exceed 10 kg.

Checked Baggage

Checked baggage is not included in the standard fare and must be purchased separately. Each checked bag can weigh up to 23 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 158 cm (height + width + depth). Fees vary based on the route and when the baggage is purchased (online vs. at the airport).

Excess Baggage

For luggage exceeding 23 kg or the size limit, passengers will need to pay additional fees. The maximum weight limit per piece is 32 kg.
