Online check-in

Use the easy and convenient online check-in when you want to check in quickly from home or work. By using the Porter Airlines online check-in, you can:

• Check in online at flyporter.com up to 24 hours prior to your departure. Save $10 + tax per bag when you pay in advance and purchase additional travel options.

• If you don't have printer, you can have your boarding pass sent directly to your mobile device and fly paperless!

• If you are travelling with checked baggage, you must have it tagged at the check-in counter.

Mobile check-in

If you are constantly on the move, just download your boarding pass right to your mobile device and fly paperless!

• You can check in online at flyporter.com up to 24 hours before your flight. Save $10 + tax per bag when you pay in advance and purchase additional travel options.

• Your boarding pass will be sent directly to your mobile phone by email. You can either save it to your Passbook app or save the QR code for scanning at the airport.

• If you are travelling with checked baggage, you must have it tagged at the check-in counter.

Check-in kiosk

The Porter Airlines airport check-in kiosks are designed to help you avoid long line-ups at the check-in counter so you can get on your flight even faster. Kiosks are available in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax.

• You can check in at the airport up to 60 minutes before your flight. Kiosk check-in is available for domestic flights within Canada only.

• Your boarding pass will print out at the kiosk.

• If you are travelling with checked baggage, you must have it tagged at the check-in counter.

Airport check-in

Porter Airlines check-in counters at the airports are designed to help you get through the airport process stress-free.

• You can check in at the airport up to 60 minutes before your flight, and purchase additional travel options. All you need is your booking reference and valid government-issued identification.

• Your boarding pass will be provided at the check-in counter.

• If you are travelling with checked baggage, you must have it tagged at the check-in counter.


NOTE: All passengers travelling to and from the United States are required to present a valid passport and visa (if applicable). Citizens of countries other than Canada and the United States will need to check in with an agent at the airport.

If you’re travelling with only your boarding pass and your carry-on baggage, you can skip the lines and head directly to Security.
