Air North Check-in Information
Passengers traveling with Air North can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Web Check-in
Web Check-in available from 24-hours prior to departure time up to one hour
prior on all of Air North scheduled flights, you'll have access to seat
selection and be able to either print out your boarding pass or save it to a
mobile device. Once you get to the airport, you'll have the option of dropping
off your checked baggage, or going straight through to screening if you only
have carry-on.
Airport Counters Check-in
At the airport, have your photo ID ready for the check-in agent. If you've
checked in online and are checking baggage, please have your boarding passes
printed or available on your mobile device.
Air North check-in agent can also print them for you, if needed.
Check-in Times and Counter Locations
Please allow 90 minutes for check-in at the following airports:
• Calgary International Airport - Departures level (2), across from door 8
• Edmonton International Airport - Departures level (2), across from entrance 25
• Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport - South end of the main
terminal, across from the entrance doors
• Kelowna International Airport - Near second entrance into the terminal from
loading/unloading area, ahead and to the left - Counters 3-6
• Victoria International Airport - Main Floor - Counter 1-2
• Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport - Departures level (3), at the
north end of the airport, near U.S. Check-in and the first entrance
• Vancouver International Airport - Departures level (2) of the Domestic
terminal, next to the last entrance off Grant McConachie Way
• Yellowknife Airport - Centrally-located among the check-in counters in the
terminal
Please allow 60 minutes for check-in at the following airports:
• Dawson City Airport
• Inuvik Airport
• Mayo Airport
• Old Crow Airport
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Air North for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
check-in.
