Air Burkina Unaccompanied Minors Policy
Air Burkina offers services for unaccompanied minors (UM), allowing children to travel alone under specific conditions.

Eligibility
Age: The unaccompanied minor service is available for children between 5 and 12
years old.
Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Service Fees
A special fee is charged for the unaccompanied minor service, which can vary
depending on the route. The service fee must be paid at the time of booking.
Requirements
Pre-booking: The unaccompanied minor service must be requested in advance, and
parents or guardians must complete a special form provided by the airline.
Documentation: The guardian or parent must provide valid identification for both
the child and the accompanying guardian at the time of check-in.
Drop-off and Pick-up: The child must be handed over to an airline representative
at the departure airport, and an adult must be present at the arrival airport to
pick them up.
Onboard Assistance
Air Burkina staff will assist the unaccompanied minor throughout the flight,
ensuring their comfort and safety. Children will typically be seated in the
company of the flight attendants.
