Azerbaijan Airlines Unaccompanied Minors Policy
Azerbaijan Airlines has a policy for unaccompanied minors (UM), which allows children between the ages of 5 and 12 to travel alone on Azerbaijan Airlines flights.
Under UM policy, parents or legal guardians must request the unaccompanied
minor service at the time of booking and provide all necessary information about
the child, including their name, age, and contact information for the person who
will be picking them up at the destination airport.
The unaccompanied minor service includes:
• Assistance with check-in and boarding procedures
• Accompaniment and supervision throughout the flight
• Assistance with customs and immigration procedures
• Handover to the designated adult at the destination airport
The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for children between the ages of 5
and 7 and optional for children between the ages of 8 and 12. Children over the
age of 12 are considered adults and do not require the unaccompanied minor
service.
There is an additional fee for the unaccompanied minor service, which varies
depending on the route of travel and other factors. It is recommended to contact
