Report Lost Items Online

For items lost at the airport, contact the airport's lost property office directly. Qantas staff at the airport can assist in directing you to the appropriate office.

Claim Process

Once reported, the Lost & Found team will check if your item has been located. If they find it, they will guide you through the claim process and arrange return.
