Online Check-In

The check-in window opens 72 hours before the scheduled departure time and
closes 1 hour before the flight.
Airport Check-In
Passengers who prefer to check in at the airport can do so at JetSMART’s
check-in counters.
It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled
departure for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.
Counter Closing Time
Check-in counters close 45 minutes before the flight’s departure time for
domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.
Baggage Drop-Off
Online Check-In Passengers
Passengers who have checked in online can drop off their checked baggage at the
designated baggage drop counters at the airport.
Mobile Boarding Pass
